Amy Palladino

Amy Palladino, originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, moved to the Sarasota area 17 years ago. As a doctorate degree graduate from the University of Bridgeport she opened and built a thriving chiropractic practice and has been caring for her patients ever since. In the process of shopping for, and eventually custom building her own home, she developed a keen interest in real estate and the unique possibilities of new construction, home remodeling and custom building.

Amy’s home search experience spurred her on to obtain her real estate license and, in the same way that she has provided personalized attention to her patient’s needs, she has been helping families and individuals buy and sell homes in the Sarasota County area.

As an avid golfer, Amy is familiar with many of the golf course communities in and around the Sarasota area. She also has broad knowledge about area home builders and what they have to offer. Her deep roots in the area, passion for real estate and desire to help others is a distinct skill set she brings to her clients. She takes tremendous pride in her work and will make sure buyers find the home that fits their needs and that sellers needs are addressed from start to finish.

In her free time you can find Amy on the golf course, kayak fishing or playing on her ranch with her seven chickens, Lulu the Golden Retriever and Jake the Beagle. She hopes to add a miniature goat and donkey in the near future.
